Alex Eala needs a reset. The Filipino has struggled early in her Asian swing and arrives at the Ningbo Open searching for her first solid run on the professional tour. She's posted multiple early exits already this stretch, and another first or second-round loss isn't what she came here for.
Ningbo offers a chance to break the pattern. Eala has the talent to make noise at this level. She just hasn't strung together the results yet this swing. One solid tournament could change the narrative. She gets it starting now.
